While the vast majority of items that I review on my blog are purchased in full by myself, I am very lucky to be offered review opportunities, sponsored posts and sample products from time to time. All items that I have received from a company will be denoted with a (C/o) label next to the item information.

Sponsored posts will be labelled via a disclaimer within the post itself or alternatively, in a small disclaimer at the end of the blog post.

All opinions expressed on my blog remain entirely my own and are completely honest, by the same token I would never accept a review opportunity for an item that I wouldn't otherwise use.
