I do accept sponsored posts, as long I feel that they fit in with the themes of my blog and are the kinds of post that my readers would like to see. I only accept sponsored opportunities if I feel that they are mutually beneficial due to the time and effort that I pour into my blog and as such will not promote companies on a free basis, as I'm sure you can understand.

In terms of sample products and products for review, again, I am more than happy to accept these, as long as I feel that they are genuinely something that I would use and something that my readers would like to hear about. Any opinions that I express on The Sopho Diaries are entirely honest and completely my own.
