What Sopho Wore

One thing I love more than anything is when I rediscover little items in my wardrobe that i'd all but forgotten about, it's all the thrill of a shopping trip without the inevitable shopping guilt afterwards. This week I came across this little number, a Paul & Joe dress with an adorable little collar, covered in cats that I picked up at Cheshire Oaks on a shopping trip with Dan last summer. Paul & Joe isn't a brand that I already own anything by, but their prints are always so cute, especially their recent Bambi themed range. I forgot how much I loved it and it was perfect for a little trip for cream tea the other day. I love that it's a thin enough material that it's ideal for this every so slightly warmer weather but the long sleeves mean that it's not overly summery, a perfect transitional outfit! I popped it on with my ever favoured Primark super cosy tights- it's definitely not warm enough to go tight-less quite yet, massive kudos for all those brave ladies flashing the pins already - chelsea boots and my favourite hat (a bad hair day's best weapon) and voila!
Apologies also that it's been a little quiet around these parts of late, after an 8 week stint of not seeing Dan, he's been down in Devon for a couple of weeks so some quality catching up time with the boyfriend has been the order of the day... blogpost writing has taken a little bit of a back seat in favour of Game of Thrones marathons (I was so excited for the new one last Monday, it was actually ridiculous!), little day trips and lazy days at home... not much in the way of blogworthy things, but fear not, there are some good ones in the pipeline so do stay tuned! What has everyone been up to in the first couple of weeks of April, anything interesting?
You look gorgeous, I love your Paul and Joe dress. The print is so cute! Paul and Joe cosmetics have exactly the same cute appearance - I don't own any because I just know they'd be too cute to actually use, but I'm always very tempted when I spot them on ASOS. The beginning of April has seen a move for me and my boyfriend, so we've just been settling in and getting used to being here! We just moved away from the Wirral, and the amazing Cheshire Oaks haha I'm missing it already! A trip back for retail therapy is in order I'd say. xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks so much lovely, I love reading all of your comments! I've seen the Paul and Joe make up but like you I wouldn't want to use them because they're just so pretty and it would be silly to buy them just to decorate my dressing table. Cheshire Oaks is absolutely fab, shopping nirvana! xx
