What Sopho Wore

I like to think i'm getting to be fairly good at this regular outfit posting lark, so heres another one! Before I even start, please excuse the fact that i'm squinting in the following photos... it's not the best look, but I love how my outfit turned out so i'm popping the photos up anyway, trust it to brighten up just as I went outside! Anywho, this is what I wore to run some errands at the weekend and for a little coffee with the family a couple of weeks ago.  It was also the first outing of my new tan fedora- this hat obsession is beginning to get out of hand!

(Hat- Topshop, Blazer- Zara, T-shirt - New Look, Jeans- Jack Wills, Shoes- Converse)

The tweed blazer is a firm favourite in my wardrobe and gives the perfect little touch of British heritage to every outfit. It was bought in Zara last year and it's the most amazing quality. As you all know (because i'm sure I bang on about it ALL the time) but I'm quite a Jack Wills obsessive and after lusting after their range of stunningly tailored tweed blazers for years and years I still couldn't bring myself to fork out the £200 it would need to own one, so I opted for this amazingly similar Zara version instead at an absolute fraction of the price (around £60 if I remember correctly) and i'm so pleased with it. The silk scarf is super old purchase from New Look, I love that for a silk scarf it's still fairly sizeable, i'm a big fan of a scarf and although it's only a silky one it was still good to keep a bit of the winter chill out.

(Handbag- Mulberry, Watch- Michael Kors, Scarf- New Look, Bracelet- Chambers and Beau)

The hat is the identical one to my black Topshop fedora but after seeing the tan version a few weeks ago I picked it up as I think it'll be a little more wearable as we move into the Spring. Although black does go with everything, i'm a big fan of tan (ooh, that rhymes!) and think it is a bit lighter for the Spring months.

Finally, purely for entertainment value... this is what happens when Bloggers who almost constantly wear sunglasses try and take photos without them. The proof that even photoshop can't correct the fact that you're a terribly awkward person!
