Sopho's Most Wanted. Week #3

1. Canon EOS 1100D 2.Benefit 'That Gal' Primer 3.MAC Penultimate Eye Liner // 4.Cath Kidston Notebook |
1.I've been after a really decent camera since my birthday in September, with intentions of spending my birthday money on one, I never actually found one that I could justify buying, they were either insanely expensive for the features they had or were massively complicated for someone whose photography skills stretch about as far as a point and shoot digital camera and Instagram! However, after months and months of review reading and searching online, I think I might have found the perfect one. It's apparently a good one for people that are beginners in the DSLR world (definitely me!) and with a deal as good as the one i've found, which includes a memory card, bag and various other bits and pieces, I don't think I can really find anything that suits me better at this point in time!
2.I know that not everyone is a huge fan of using primer and think of it as a bit of an unnecessary step in their make-up routine (believe me, I was one of those people...) but I tried this one a few months ago and couldn't believe the difference it made. It provides a lovely base for your make up to go onto, muting blemishes and other flaws and creating a really lovely blank canvas for foundation and the such like. It's really lovely... and really, who can resist Benefit packaging?!
3.Another make-up item. Quite simply, i've been after a non fiddly liquid eyeliner for what feels like forever, and the fact that this one looks like a felt tip pen makes it look super easy to apply. Definitely worth a go i'd say!
4.Finally, i'm a bit obsessive about planning stuff, I have lists pretty much everywhere, and this blog is no exception... I write all my posts out in a little notebook and i've been after a bit of a more handbag friendly one so that I can plan when i'm stuck on trains or have a spare 5 minutes at uni. The fact it's Cath Kidston makes it even more of a must have item!
Anyways, if anyone has any opinions or recommendations on cameras and stuff, please do let me know as I feel a little clueless about it all, so any tips would be much appreciated!
I hope you've all had a lovely week!
